We’re proud to announce that our Skater of the Month for February 2016 is Mod Quad! Mod has single-handedly established live streaming capabilities for our bouts, and records and archives scrimmage footage. She provides our fans, coaches and skaters with footage, and the league would like to thank her for efforts – bout and scrimmage footage is so valuable to the Rat City Family.
