Derby History: I started watching youtube videos and practicing basic skills on my own in 2011 and made it on to Emerald City Roller Derby’s fresh meat team in 2012. It was love at first skate.
Previous Sports: I was a chubby music nerd as a kid and a late athletic bloomer. I my 30’s I started competing in canine agility with my border collie-mutt Piper and ran a couple of marathons before I fell in love with derby.
